StyleFolioJewelry.com purchases may be exchanged within 10 calendar days of receipt as long as the items are received in their original condition. Please contact the company via phone at 1.866.993.6546 or define@stylefoliojewelry.com to receive exchange authorization approval.

All merchandise must be returned for exchange in its original condition without any defects including perfume or lotion scents.

StyleFolioJewelry uses U.S.P.S. and UPS as its shipping providers. Free shipping applies to ground deliveries only.

Estimated commercial address delivery times are from 8 am to 5 pm.

Estimated residential address delivery times are from 8am to 7pm.

Deliveries are from Monday through Saturday in most areas, except for major holidays and those observed by the shipper.

All merchandise shipments are insured.

All deliveries require a signature once items have been shipped.

If your delivery remains unclaimed and is returned to StyleFolioJewelry.com, then you will incur those charges.

stylefoliojewelry.com insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. You will be asked to sign for any purchase delivered at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.

No resales of any jewelry purchased through this web site is permitted.

All orders will be processed for shipping as soon as final credit card authorization is provided.

All precious and semiprecious stones and other organic components appear in their natural states. Please handle all jewelry with care. If your jewelry requires a repair, please contact the company via phone at 1.866.993.6546 or via email at define@stylefoliojewelry.com for repair assistance. Your satisfaction with product design and quality are of utmost concern.

Domestic and International Shipments

At this time, StyleFolioJewelry.com only ships to Canada and Mexico.  Jewelry made of wood will not be shipped to Mexico. If you reside in any country outside of North America, your order will require additional processing.

Taxes & Duties

Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax and customs duty (where applicable) will be calculated on the total merchandise value and shipping charges, and displayed on the Order Summary page.

Shipments within the USA will not be charged sales tax except for those made within the state of Iowa. No other tax or import duty will be applied to orders shipped within the USA. Please note that all non-customs related local taxes are the customers’ responsibility.
